WHAT WE DO
Since 1995, Axioun’s project focus has been in the arena of E-commerce, with
an emphasis on business-to-business commerce. The internet is changing the
rules of business -- the brick-and-mortar business models of the 20th century are
crumbling as we discover the best uses for the internet in the context of
business processes, product creation and distribution.
It’s an exciting and ferocious time to be in business but -- whatever the
challenges -- the ‘human technology’ is always the most problematic,
rewarding, and essential part of any project.
At Axioun, we specialize in the following:
Professional project management takes on more importance in an era when
partnerships and geographically-disparate project teams are the norm. The
questions that need to be asked focus on the exact and unique characteristics
of the project, its desired results, the allotted resources, and the skills
of various team members:
Sometimes there are gaps in a project team that must be filled. Axioun’s many
contacts in the business world provide a rich and diverse store of competent
organizations to call on in completing a project team.

Traditional strategic planning is a comprehensive analysis of both internal
organization processes and the current external market conditions; this
analysis produces assumptions from which action plans are devised.
Historically, a strategic plan was developed by a special department or group
of people and could take months or even years to complete. There is no time
for this kind of planning in the current business environment.
In response to this pace of change, Cate Gable has developed a four-step
planning methodology -CGSM© - which can be applied at any level of your
organization and is equally appropriate for the corporate, academic or
nonprofit sector.
Axioun’s planned change technology is built around the idea of strategic
action-a targeted activity undertaken to accomplish a specific objective.
This powerful process brings guiding assumptions together with action to
streamline change, joining insight with energy.
Efficient execution of well-drafted strategic action ensures that your
business stays out in front of the competition and meets its stated goals.

Marketing activities are part of a planned change process but they can also
be conducted separately to promote a specific product or event, or to grow a
business, organization, or department in a particular direction.
Strategic marketing can include inquiries into the following:

Small business owners can rarely afford to hire a full-time marketing or
business development professional. They usually handle the job themselves. Yet
entrepreneurs often have neither the time nor skills to do the job as well as
it could be done.
Axioun has developed a business coaching approach for small business owners
that can be targeted for specific business results and is extremely cost-effective.
